A: Our patented process is unique. It consists of a printed design covered by a protective film, which is then adhered onto a new drum head.
Q: Can I have my own logo printed on a drum head?
Yes. Your bands logo can be printed alone, with a design of your own, or integrated into one of the designs from our library. €€€Note€€€ Extra charges will apply to use your own logo.

Q: What are the requirements for my logo to be printed?
A: Files that are "print ready" must meet the following requirements:
File resolution must be at least 300 dpi
No jpeg files, Microsoft PowerPoint, or Word files will be accepted.
We can accept files from most desktop drawing and design programs. It is best not to export or convert to another type of image file; they should be sent in their native format. For example, Photoshop files should be sent as .psd, Illustrator as .ai or .eps, Corel Draw as .cdr, etc.
If you are having your hand-drawn art scanned, minimum resolution is 400 dpi. File type must be .tif.
You could even use a photo of just about anything, such as the band in action, the lead singer's dog, or whatever.
We reserve the right to reject any file that will produce an inferior product. We're good, but not that good.
Q: What about a microphone hole?
A: Upon request, at no extra charge, we will cut a microphone hole in the drum head for you. If you want us to cut the hole, please specify in "Additional Information" when ordering.
Q: How does the order process work?
A: It's very simple to place an order. Just click on the Catalog button, which will take you through our ordering process. We've done everything we can think of to make it as easy as possible.
Q: How long will it be before I receive my Drum Decal?
A: Drum Decals will ship in 7-10 working days
Q: Can I upgrade my shipping?
A: Yes, we use UPS. We can provide you with any service UPS has available.
Q: Can I order over the phone?
A: We are currently accepting e-mail orders only. If you need to speak to a customer service representative, please send an e-mail with your phone number and we will call you within 48 hours.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Customers are provided with a proof of your design prior to printing. You must approve your print, and all sales are final after doing so. But don't worry, you'll love it!
Q: Can I use my own drum head?
A: No, our decals are applied using our patented process, (and you wouldn't want to deal with the adhesive...trust us!).
Q: What drum head sizes are available?
A: We currently provide 18, 20, 22, 24,and 26 inch drum heads.
Q: Does the Drum Decal affect the way my drum sounds?
A: Yes, we use a 1-ply drum head. With the decal on the drum head, you get the fatter sound equivalent to a 2-ply head.
